Board of Management

As a German stock corporation, Maxxtec AG has a dual management and supervisory structure. The members of the Board of Management are appointed by the Supervisory Board and are responsible for the management of the company. The Board of Management consists of five members:

Rolf Schleicher, Chief Executive Officer

• Co-Founder of Intec Gesellschaft für Energie und Umwelttechnik mbH which was renamed as Maxxtec AG in 2003
• Chief Executive Officer of Maxxtec AG since its foundation in 2003
