2009 By way of a capital increase Siemens Venture Capital, a subsidiary of Siemens AG, participates in Maxxtec AG
2008 Maxxtec takes over 98% of Adoratec GmbH
2007 Maxxtec makes a 25.1 % investment in AAL GmbH and a 39% investment in Bioenergie Pflanzgrafenweiler GmbH. First ORC order from Italy. The first biomass power generation plant in Pfalzgrafenweiler goes into operation. This is the first power generation plant which Maxxtec has invested in itself. Maxxtec obtains the largest single order in its company history from Bioinnovativpark Dorsten (volume € 7.5 m).
2006 First ORC order from Austria. Patents and utility models for heating surface cleaning systems are filed. Maxxtec makes a 50% investment in Pro E-Bioenergie GmbH. First orders for ORC packages.
2005 The company exceeds the € 10 m sales mark. Maxxtec/Adoratec receive their first orders for ORC modules.
2004 Factory inauguration in Sinsheim. Maxxtec invests in Adoratec GmbH. Development of Adoratec ORC modules. First patents are filed on ORC module efficiency improvement.
2003 Reorganisation of Intec GmbH to Maxxtec AG.
2002 Maxxtec waste heat systems develop to become the standard for Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants with ORC modules. Takeover of the Belgian branch office of the company Geka-Konus and conversion to Maxxtec Belgien S.p.r.l..
2001 Delivery of first thermal oil waste heat systems for ORC power plants. The first waste heat system for wood waste with shot cleaning devices is put into operation and the first complete twin plant with grate-fired furnace is delivered to Siberia.
2000 First chemical large scale plant for diphyl vapour is delivered to Bayer in Thailand. Regional offices in Holland and Erpolzheim are inaugurated.
1999 First large orders for a crude oil tank farm in Port Sudan and a chemical large scale plant in Germany.
1998 Delivery of first fish meal drying plants to Peru. Maxxtec develops the first generation of Airmaxx heat surface cleaning systems.
1997 First export orders from Asia. Foundation of Intec Prozesswärme GmbH in Plauen (Saxony). Delivery of the first biomass co-generation power plant to Italy.
1996 Begining of operating business. Opening of regional office Asia in Kuala Lumpur.
